1. The 2 antenna should point upward.
2. The extender should be placed at least 16 ft
(5m) away from the router to reduce cross
radio interference.
3. Place the extender closer to the camera
instead of the parent unit.
4. If the extender is switched o, the camera can
still work with the parent unit. However, the
range will be shorter.
5. To check whether the parent unit uses the
range extender to connect to the Camera, the
“ “ icon will be shown on the status bar of the
Parent Unit when the extender is in use
