Customizing your camera
Use Setup to customize your camera.
Image Stabilizer
Improve video stability.
On (default)

Press Menu, to highlight
Setup, then to access settings

LCD Brightness
Choose LCD b rightness.
Power Save
High Power (default)
LCD Dimmer
Choose inactivity time until LCD dims.
30 seconds
20 seconds
10 seconds (default)
Off (no dimming)
Image Stor age
Choose a storage location for
pictures/videos.
Auto (default)—the camera uses the card if one
is in th e camera. If no t, the c amera uses internal
memory.
Internal Memory— the camera always uses
internal memory, even if a card is installed.
Set Album
Choose Album names.
You can apply different Set Album choices
to videos and to pictures .
Add Album—create an album.
Delete Album—delete an album .
Clear All—selected album settings a re cancelled.
Pre-select album names before you take
pictures/videos. Then, all the pictures/videos you
take are tagged with those album names. See
page 45.
