What to do if my Kodak Printer is jammed?
- JJaclyn Reed MDAug 15, 2025
If your Kodak printer is jammed, and a paper or cartridge jam message appears, ensure you are using only Kodak color cartridge and paper kits, not inkjet paper. Remove the paper tray and paper. Fan the paper to prevent sticking. Reload the paper tray. Disconnect the printer dock power for 10 seconds, then reconnect. Remove any ejected paper, checking the paper slot for jammed paper. For a cartridge jam, push up on the green cartridge-release tab, remove the cartridge, remove any slack from the ribbon, and reinstall the cartridge. Then, press the print button to resume.
