6 Using Bluetooth wireless
technology features
Your camera features Bluetooth® wireless technology, so your camera can share
pictures with a Bluetooth device such as a printer, cell phone, PDA, or computer.
NOTE: For the best Bluetooth experience, check your device or service provider documentation to learn its
capabilities and limits. Kodak is not responsible for variables beyond our control. When using
Bluetooth devices, obey all laws and respect the privacy and rights of others. Do not use a Bluetooth
device when it may cause radio interference.
This camera can send/receive pictures in the JPEG (.jpg) format; it cannot send/receive videos.
Setting up the Bluetooth feature of your camera
1 Press the Menu button.
2 Press to highlight Setup Menu, then press the OK button.
3 Press to highlight Bluetooth, then press the OK button. Then choose:
Setting Options
Set Passcode—A password for your camera. A
passcode minimizes risk of unauthorized access.
Enter a passcode up to 4 digits.
Security—Turn security on to minimize risk of
unauthorized access. A passcode needs to be set first.
On
Off (default)
Camera Name—How your camera is known to
devices. (Default is Kodak EasyShare V610.)
Enter an alphanumeric name up to 32
characters.
Transfer Size—Choose a default picture size; or
choose the size each time pictures are transferred.
Ask Every Time (default)
QVGA-Fast Transfer
XGA-4 x 6 Print Quality
