Problem Solution
Camera does not turn
on, or it turns on and
shuts off
1 Turn off the camera.
2 Remove the batteries; confirm that they are the correct batteries
for your camera.
3 Insert a set of new or fully charged batteries.
4 Turn on the camera.
Cannot transfer pictures
to the computer
■ Install the EasyShare software that came with your camera.
Picture does not appear
on the LCD or EVF
■ Press the EVF/LCD button on the camera back.
Cannot take pictures
■ Transfer pictures to the computer.
LCD says “Memory is
full”
■ Delete unwanted pictures.
■ Insert a new memory card.
■ Change the Image Storage location.
