Step 1
Align the handle to the frame
of the pressure washer
Step 4
Apply 8 wraps of PTFE-tape
(supplied) onto the threads
of the hose reel end of
the junction hose
Junction Hose Step 5
Connect junction hose fitting to the
hose reel. Tighten the connection
(5 or 6 revolutions) using an 18mm
wrench. See NOTE #1.
Step 6
Route the junction hose
down the handle.
Step 7
Route the junction hose
under the cart.
Assembly Instructions
Step 2
Insert bolts and tighten
with the hardware provided.
Note: Check for visible shipping damage. Shipping damage will cause problems in the operation
of this unit. Contact the Customer Service Hotline immediately if there are missing or damaged
parts. DO NOT return this product to the store.
WARNING: Before connecting hoses to the pressure washer, ensure that ALL hoses
are free of any debris. Any foreign particles entering the pump will damage the unit.
NOTE #1: When connecting the junction hose fitting, place the fitting into its respective mating
fitting and turn it only 5 or 6 revolutions. CAUTION: If the fitting is too loose, it may leak and
could result in a water injection injury.
Step 3
Mount hose reel to handle
using the hardware provided.
Step 8
Connect pump end of the
junction hose to the pump.
Hand tighten and then apply
1/4 turn using 19 mm wrench.
