Step 9
Tie the junction hose to the
handle using a tie-strap
(supplied). Cut off the excess

Connect the high-pressure
hose to the gun assembly.
Hand tighten.
Step 13
Connect the lance to the
gun assembly. Hand tighten.

Connect the garden hose
hose to the INLET.
Hand tighten.

Step 10
Apply 8 wraps of PTFE-tape
(supplied) onto the threads
of the high-pressure hose.
Step 11
Attach the high-pressure hose
fitting to the hose reel swivel
Tighten the connection (5 or 6
revolutions) using a 18 mm
wrench. See NOTE #2.
WARNING: When attaching high-pressure hose, always ensure the connections are secured
firmly. If a connection were to become loose it could result in a water injection injury
WARNING: If the lance is not securely locked into place, it could be ejected under
high-pressure when operating the gun, possibly causing injury or damage.
NOTE #2: When connecting the high-pressure hose fitting, place the fitting into its respective mating
fitting and turn it only 5 or 6 revolutions. CAUTION: If the fitting is too loose, it may leak and could
result in a water injection injury.
