If your Kohler Portable Generator doesn't crank, several issues could be the cause. First, check the battery. It might be weak or dead, in which case you should recharge or replace it. Also, inspect the battery charger fuse, power supply, and overall operation. Ensure that the battery connections are not reversed or poorly connected. Examine the engine and controller connections for any loose connections and check the wire harness continuity. Look for a blown fuse F3 on the controller and replace it, but if it blows again, investigate the circuit and components. Finally, check for a blown fuse F2 on the relay interface board (RIB) and replace it. If it blows again, disconnect the board leads one at a time (70A at the fuel valve, 71A at P30, FP and FN at the rotor) to identify the cause and...
