NOTICE: Adequate oor support is required. Standard 2x6 lumber is NOT sucient
for this application.
NOTE: The wood support must be a minimum of 2″ (51 mm) thick by 6″ (152 mm)
wide.
NOTE: Concrete can be used as the oor support, as long as the faucet base will be
below the nished oor level.
Plan out the bath ller placement based on the dimensions above.
Cut a hole in the suboor that is large enough to install the wood support
between two oor joists.
Secure a wood support located 2-1/4″ (57 mm) to 3-1/16″ (78 mm) below the top of
the nished oor.
