  If your Kokido Swimming Pool Vacuum isn't picking up debris, several factors could be at play: * The battery might be low, requiring a recharge. * The impeller might be jammed; in that case, power off the vacuum and check the gap in the middle of the vacuum to see if the impeller is blocked. If possible, carefully remove any debris with a small tool. Contact your dealer if needed. Warning! Make sure the pool vacuum is powered off when servicing. * The impeller might be broken, requiring a replacement from your dealer. * The canister could be full, so empty it. * The cartridge filter might not be in the correct position; shift it to the NORMAL position or detach it.
