Komatsu D65EX-18 - Method for Installing Trunnion Cap

METHOD FOR INSTALLING TRUNNION CAP
1.
Lower the work equipment to the ground.
2.
Set the work equipment lock lever to LOCK position.
3.
Stop the engine.
4.
Install the shims. (Top, bottom: 2 places)
(A) Standard number of shims: Thickness 1 mm (0.039 in)
x 10 pieces
5.
Tighten bolts (1) alternately until they reach the specified
torque.
