SERVICE PROCEDURE
GREASE DOOR HINGE
(Machines equipped with cab)
If the door makes a squeaking noise when it is opened or closed,
spray lubricant in through the split in the hinge bushing.
If the bushing is worn, replace the hinge.
CHECK DOOR LOCK STRIKER
(Machines equipped with cab)
If the wear of the door lock striker exceeds 0.5 mm (0.02 in),
replacethestriker. Ifit isused atit is,the playwillincreaseand this
may result in breakage of the hinge or door lock.
REPLACE DOOR DAMPER
(Machines equipped with cab)
If the depth of the door damper rubber groove is less than 2 mm
(0.08 in), replace the damper.
There arefour dampers each at the top andbottom on the left and
right doors.
