· Warranty service shall not extend the original warranty
- or use not in compliance with the utilization instructions
- or in case of unusual use
- in case of independent repairs or repairs by unauthorized personnel;
if optional parts from other manufacturers are employed,
- failure to observe the operating, cleaning, maintenance and connection instructions;
· The warranty is voided in the case of improper use;
If the device is used correctly, KOMAX Co., Ltd. warrants the components for one year after purchase.
Warranty claims may only be made upon presentation of the original sales receipt from the authorized dealer.
Parts which are subject to natural wear and tear (wear parts) and consumables are excluded from the guarantee.
These parts are marked in the optional part list.
The suction motor is gurantees 70% of product motor life time(motor operating hours).

· If a person who is not own company's repair worker is repaired or modified and has a failure
· In case of failure by injecting foreign substances into the product (water, beverage, coffee, etc.)
· If the product warranty can not be confirmed
· Other cases due to customer negligence
· Failure to follow the precautions in this manual
· Request for repair by sound and vibration without defect in function
· If a malfunction occurs due to natural disaster
· If the customer disassembles the product and the accessories are lost or damaged
· Incorrectly applied usage voltage
· Using consumables and parts of other companies
· Failure due to non-replacement of consumable parts (ex filter)
· Appearance damage and deformation by organic solvents such as thinner and benzene
· In case of product damage and functional failure due to external shocks during installation and use
· When used differently from the original use and purpose
Free service is available for one year from the date of purchase. However, the following cases due to customer
negligence and natural disasters will be treated as payment even during the free service period
