Depending on the functions selected for the Konica Minolta printer, some preset settings are not saved.
What to do if the duplex option on my Konica Minolta All in One Printer is misfeeding?
If the duplex option on your Konica Minolta All in One Printer is misfeeding, consider the following: - Unsupported media (wrong size, thickness, type, etc.) is being used. Use KONICA MINOLTA-approved media. See “Media Specifications” on page 98. - Media is still being misfed. Recheck the media path inside the duplex option and make sure that you have removed all of the misfed media.
