  If your Korg Sound Card won’t turn on, isn't recognized by your computer, or operates unstably, the issue may be related to the USB connection. Some USB cables only support Full Speed, so use the USB cable included with the device. If you're using a bus-powered USB hub, it might not provide enough power. Try connecting the DS-DAC-10R directly to a USB port on your computer or use a self-powered hub that supports USB 2.0 High Speed.

Why is the indicator blinking on my Korg Sound Card?

  If the indicator on your Korg Sound Card is blinking, it could be due to the computer being in sleep mode; when the computer wakes, the indicator should return to being solidly lit. Alternatively, a system error may have occurred. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable to turn the power on again. If the problem persists after several attempts, contact your local Korg distributor.

Why is there noise or interrupted sound coming from my Korg Sound Card?

  If your Korg Sound Card experiences interrupted sound or noise, it may be due to several factors. If you are performing realtime conversion to DSD at “High Quality,” try choosing the “Low Load” setting or use EXPORT to create the DSD file before playing it back. If power-saving settings are enabled, change the power scheme in “Power Options” of the “Control Panel,” and also turn off any other power saving plan that is specific to your computer. You can also try adjusting the Buffer Size in the KORG 2ch 1bit Audio Driver Control Panel or in the audio device tab of AudioGate preferences, generally increasing it. Ensure that the DS-DAC-10R is connected to a USB 2.0 port. Also, consider whether you are using or running a large number of software programs simultaneously. If you are using headph...
