Start up procedure :
1 - Ground the pump.
2 - Unscrew the air regulators (B and D).
3 - Interconnect the equipment with the air pressure network (clean air - 6 bar / 87 PSI maxi). Install a
water drop, model 3/8 if necessary.
4 - Connect all the hoses (air hoses and material hose) as well as the spray gun.
5 - Immerse suction rod (F) and drain hose (G) into material container.
6 - Open drain valve (H).
7 - Open the motor - valve (E) air supply - (P t 1 bar / 14.503 PSI).
8 - Gradually screw fluid regulator (D) so that the pump runs slowly.
9 - Check drain hose. When material flows out regularly, c lose drain valve (H).
10 - Point the spray gun, not supplied with air, towards the material container and pres s the trigger.
11 - Supply air pressure to the spray gun.
12 - Adjust fluid regulator (D) to get the appropriate material pressure and flow rate.
13 - Gradually open air regulator (B) to adjust spraying air to obtain the required spray pattern.
 If the pump is equipped
with an air regulator (K),
screw this one, then adjust
the fluid regulator (D).
Î The pressure read at the
air motor regulator (K) must
exceed by 1.5 bar / 22 psi
(minimum) the fluid pressure
indicated by the fluid
regulator (D).
