3. SHUTDOWN AT THE END OF WORK
Guards (air motor cover, coupling shields, housings…) have been designed for
safe use of the equipment.
The manufacturer will not be held responsible for bodily injury or failure and / or
damage to property due to removal or partial removal of the guards.
1 - Unscrew the spray gun air regulator (B) to release the air pressure and disconnect air inlet at the
spray gun.
2 - Rem ove air cap from the spray gun and put it in to solvent.
3 - Rem ove suction rod from the material container and immerse it in a solvent-filled container. (Take all
appropriate precautions in the presence of flammable solvents).
4 - Point the spray gun towards the material con tainer an d press the gun tr igger. When the solvent flows
out, point the gun into a recovery container.
5 - When the solvent flows out clear and clean, release the gun t r igger.
6 - Fully unscrew fluid regulator (D) and shut off the main compres sed air valve.
7 - Trigger the gun again to decompress the hoses. Therefore the pump and the hoses remain filled
with solvent at the atmospheric pressure.
