Why does the Krüger & Matz KM0550 Tuner remote control not work?

The remote control might not work due to several reasons: * The device might be turned off, so turn it on. * The remote control may not be pointed correctly; ensure it's pointed at the device within 8 meters and within a 30° angle horizontally and vertically. * Obstacles might be blocking the signal; remove any obstacles between the remote and the device. * The batteries might be discharged; replace them with new ones.
