After emptying the
used coffee collec-
tor (7), the warning
message remains
displayed on the
screen.
The used coffee collector is not fit-
ted correctly.
The used coffee collector has been
refitted too quickly.
Refit the used coffee collector
correctly.
In general wait for at least 6 se-
conds before refitting the empty
collector.
After cleaning the
cleaning drawer (8),
the warning mes-
sage remains dis-
played on the
screen.
The cleaning drawer is not fitted
correctly.
The cleaning drawer has been refit-
ted too quickly.
Refit the cleaning drawer cor-
rectly.
In general wait for at least 6
seconds before refitting the dra-
wer.
A power cut occurs
during the cycle.
The appliance is automatically
reinitialised when it is switched
back on.
There is water un-
derneath the ap-
pliance.
The drip tray (23) is not correctly fit-
ted or is overflowing.
Check that the drip tray has
been fitted correctly and empty it
if required.
A "Fault n° xxx" mes-
sage appears on the
screen.
Programme error.
Unplug the appliance for 20
seconds, remove the Claris car-
tridge if fitted then plug in the
appliance.
If the message is still displayed,
write down the fault number and
contact the KRUPS Customer
Service.
Tip : Programming problems are often resolved by unplugging the appliance for about one
minute and then plugging it in again.
