If the oil viscosity is too high, especially in winter, pour hot water over the radiator or use oils of different viscosities depending on the ambient temperature, such as SAE10W, SAE10W-30, or SAE10W-40. A nearly dead battery or insufficient compression can also cause starting issues, so try recharging the battery.
