  Several issues could cause overheating. It could be due to a defective water pump seal, a worn or torn V-belt, or a defective thermostat, each requiring replacement. Low coolant level requires refilling to the prescribed level. A clogged radiator grill or fins needs cleaning, while coolant contaminated with rust necessitates replacement and the addition of anti-rust. A defective radiator cap should be replaced, and corroded coolant pipes need cleaning. Continuous full load operation requires reducing the load.

  If your Kubota Excavators engine is hard to start, make sure the lock levers are in the "LOCK" position. Check the fuel tank and filter for impurities or water, and replace the filter if necessary, as viscous fuel can be the cause. Also, check for air or water in the fuel system; remove any water from the fuel tank and tighten any loose fuel pipe joint bolts and nuts. If the oil viscosity is too high in winter, pour hot water over the radiator. Finally, if the battery is weak, recharge it.
