  If your Kubota Excavator is having starting difficulties, several factors could be the cause. The fuel may be too viscous; in this case, check the fuel tank and filter, remove any impurities and water, and replace the filter if necessary. There might be air or water in the fuel system; remove water from the fuel tank and check fuel pipe joint bolts and nuts for looseness. Also, the oil viscosity might be too high, especially in winter; pour hot water over the radiator or use oils of different viscosities depending on the ambient temperature, such as SAE10W, SAE10W-30, or SAE10W-40. Finally, a nearly dead battery or insufficient compression can cause starting issues; try recharging the battery.

  If the water temperature in your Kubota Excavator is in the red zone, indicating overheating, several issues could be responsible. It could be due to a defective water pump seal, in which case you should replace it. A worn or torn fan belt should be adjusted or replaced. A defective thermostat should also be replaced. Ensure the coolant level is adequate by filling it to the prescribed level. Check for and clean any clogs in the radiator grill or fins. If the coolant is contaminated with rust, replace it and add anti-rust. A defective radiator cap should be replaced. Clean any corroded coolant pipes.
