Program 8: Dough
Use this program for kneading yeast dough for baking bread shaped by hand
and baked in an oven, or for bread rolls or pizza crusts. It will be not be baked.
Below is a recipe for pizza dough.
Ingredients (pizza dough) Quantity
Milk 240 mL
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Bread Flour 450g
Dried Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Take the baking tin out of the bread maker and place the kneading paddles
on the spindles inside the tin.
Pour the measured quantity of milk into the tin, then add the oil.
Add the flour.
At one side of the our mount, make a little hole and add the yeast, close
the hole, then make another little hole at the opposite side for the salt.
Place the baking tin rmly in the appliance, making sure it clicks securely into
place. Fold down the handle, close the lid rmly and plug in the machine.
Using the buttons on the control panel, make your program selection
(program 8).
Press the START/STOP button to start the program.
At the end of the dough-making process, press the START/STOP button,
unplug the machine and open the lid.
Lift the baking tin out of the appliance and remove the dough from the
baking tin.
Roll out the dough, shape it as required and top with your favourite
toppings.
Bake the pizza in a traditional oven (at 220°C), or in a pizza oven for
approximately 20 minutes, or until crispy and cooked to your liking.
Cut into wedges or slices using a pizza cutter and enjoy!
