My Sous Vide & Slow
Cooker won’t turn on
• Check that the Sous Vide & Slow Cooker is correctly
plugged into a power outlet.
• Check the power outlet is turned on.
• Check that you have pressed the ON button
according to instructions on page 12-16.
The LED screen is blank • Check that the Sous Vide & Slow Cooker is correctly
plugged into a power outlet.
• Check the power outlet is turned on.
• Check you have turned the unit ON.
My Sous Vide & Slow
Cooker won’t heat
• Ensure you have turned unit ON, set temperature and
time correctly and pressed START. Follow instructions
for both modes on pages 12-16.
The buttons aren’t
responding
• Check that the Sous Vide & Slow Cooker is correctly
plugged into a power outlet.
• Check the power outlet is turned on.
• Check you have turned the unit ON.
