Trouble shooting guide
Clogging of the conveyor belt
Conveyor belt speed too low.
Readjust conveyor belt speed
on control box.
The hydraulic pump drive belt
slips.
Check the hydraulic pump
drive belt and replace if
necessary.
Conveyor belt is slack.
Check conveyor belt tension
and adjust if necessary.
Insufficient oil quantity in
hydraulic tank.
Check the oil level in the
reservoir and top up if
necessary.
Badly shaped windrows.
Belts slip. Retension belts.
Too low PTO speed (rotational
frequency).
Increase speed to 1000 min
-1
.
The control box does not come
on and controls no functions.
The thermal fuse is triggered.
Search the cause for the short-
circuit and wait until fuse is
automatically reset.
Insufficient cutterbar ground
clearance in "headland turn"
position.
Incorrect tractor lift linkage
