Rotor cutter bar
Use a grease gun to press grease into the lubrication
points (1) on both sides of the machine.
Lubricate the rotor cutter bar:
• At the start of each season.
• Every 10 operating hours.
• After cleaning with a high pressure cleaner.
Dropfloor cylinder
Use a grease gun to press grease into the lubrication
points (1) on both sides of the machine.
Lubricate the Dropfloor cylinder:
• At the start of each season.
• After the first 10 operating hours.
• Every 50 operating hours.
• After cleaning with a high pressure cleaner.
Check the cylinder on wear, play and leakage:
• At the start of each season.
• After the first 10 operating hours (leakage only).
• Every 50 operating hours.
• After cleaning with a high pressure cleaner (leakage
only).
