What to do if my KUPPET 1022101300 Ice Maker cycle is normal, but no ice cube is produced?
    • A
      Angelica PetersAug 16, 2025
If your ice maker completes its cycle but produces no ice, the ambient temperature or the water temperature in the tank might be too high. Try moving the unit to a place where the temperature is lower than 32 degrees centigrade and use colder water.

Why is the “ICE-FULL” symbol on my KUPPET 1022101300?
    • A
      Anita TorresAug 19, 2025
The “ICE-FULL” symbol illuminates because the ice storage bin is full. Simply remove some ice cubes from the bin.

What to do if my KUPPET 1022101300 is making very thin ice cubes?
    • J
      joshuaherreraAug 21, 2025
If your ice cubes are too thin, it could be due to a high ambient temperature. Try moving the unit to a cooler location or lengthening the ice-making cycle. Also, ensure proper air circulation by providing at least 20cm of free space around the back and front of the unit.

How to fix irregular ice cube shapes in my KUPPET 1022101300 Ice Maker?
    • S
      ssanchezAug 25, 2025
Irregular ice cube shapes can be caused by poor water quality or a dirty water tank. Clean the water tank and replace the water. It could also be due to blocked holes on the water dividing pipe, so ensure all nine holes are unclogged by cleaning the water dividing pipe.

    William MooreAug 28, 2025
What to do if the whole symbol is always on in my KUPPET Ice Maker?
    • E
      Erin RamseyAug 28, 2025
The continuous illumination of the symbol indicates a water supply issue. If using automatic water supply, check if the main water pressure is too low or the water supply hose is blocked. Increase the water pressure or clean the hose. If using manual water supply, ensure the water charging tank is filled to the MAX level. Also, check if the floating ball of the water level detecting switch is blocked and clean the water tank and the water level detecting switch. Make sure that the unit is placed on a level surface. Ensure that the water drain pipe is properly installed in the right side slot of the water tank.

    Russell TranAug 30, 2025
Why is the transparency of the ice cube not very good in my KUPPET Ice Maker?
    • T
      Tamara ToddAug 31, 2025
Poor ice cube transparency is often due to bad water quality. Use a water filter or water purifier to soften or filter the water before using it in the ice maker.

What to do if my KUPPET 1022101300 Ice Maker is making ice cubes that are too thick?
    • A
      Ann MorrisSep 3, 2025
If the ice cubes are too thick, the ambient temperature might be too low. Try reducing the duration of each ice-making cycle.

What to do if the water pump works, but no water flows out from the water dividing pipe in my KUPPET 1022101300 Ice Maker?
    • M
      mandy21Sep 6, 2025
If the water pump is functional but no water is dispensed from the dividing pipe, the small holes on the pipe are likely blocked. Clean these holes to restore water flow.

    Ashley WintersSep 9, 2025
What to do if my KUPPET Ice Maker enters the ice-making process, but no water is flowing in the unit, and the whole symbol is on?
    • A
      Ann MilesSep 9, 2025
This issue may arise due to a lack of water in the charging tank, a water supply problem, or incorrect positioning of the water tank's silicone pipe. If using automatic water supply, check if the main water pressure is too low or the water supply hose is blocked. Increase the water pressure or clean the hose. If using manual water supply, ensure the water charging tank is filled to the MAX level. Ensure the silicone pipe is correctly clamped in the slot on the water tank side.

What to do if the water circulation pump doesn’t work in my KUPPET 1022101300?
    • J
      jodi61Sep 12, 2025
If the water circulation pump isn’t working, there may be a foreign substance blocking the pump blade. Clean both the water tank and the water pump.
