8.4 DRIVING FORWARDS AND
BACKWARDS
Hold the tiller handles
firmly with both hands.
Use your right index and
middle fingers to pull the
right side of the lever to
move forward.
= driving forwards
Release the lever and
allow the scooter to come
to a complete stop.
Use your left index and middle fingers to pull the left
side of the lever to move backwards.
= driving backwards
Do not pull both sides of the throttle control lever
simultaneously.
