Settings order:
1. 12/24 hour
2. Year
3. Month
4. Date
5. Hour
6. Minutes
7. Language (English/Spanish/French)
8. °F/°C
9. MM/IN (millimeters or inches for rain)
Note: The rain station will default out of set mode when no buttons
are pressed for 20 seconds.
