Why is my LaCie Network Hardware system not recognized by my computer?

Your LaCie Network Hardware system might not be recognized because the power supply isn't properly connected, the system hasn't been powered on, or the outlet lacks sufficient power. Ensure the power switch on the back of the device is in the ON position and the power supply is correctly connected to a working outlet. Also, the power supply may be defective. If the blue light is flickering or not turning on, contact your LaCie reseller or LaCie Customer Support. Check that the Ethernet connectors are straight and fully seated in the Ethernet ports and that you are using the Ethernet cord provided in the box.
