How to fix LaCie Network Space not recognized by computer?
    • M
      Mr. Gary Ortiz Jr.Aug 11, 2025
If your LaCie Network Hardware is not being recognized by your computer, there are several things to check: * Ensure the power supply is properly connected and the device is turned on. * If the blue light is flickering or not turning on, the power supply could be defective. Contact your LaCie reseller or LaCie Customer Support. * Disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet cable, making sure it's correctly oriented and fully seated in the Ethernet ports.

Why can't I see media files on LaCie Network Space on UPnP AV media player?
    • D
      Dan BoltonAug 16, 2025
If you cannot see media files stored on your LaCie Network Hardware on your UPnP AV media player, it could be due to the following reasons: * The database needs to be refreshed. This is done automatically once per hour, but you can manually refresh it by clicking the Scan button on the Support page of the administration pages. * The files are stored in 'myshare.' UPnP AV devices can only discover media files stored on 'openshare.'
