Prepare Tibial IO with Blood
1. Attach an IV bag to the Tibial tube.
2. Close off the pinch clamp.
3. Roll down leg skin to access the Tibial IO module.
4. Remove the IO tape.
5. Lift out the module from the leg.
6. Remove the tube from the module.
7. Fill the module with 30-35 ml of simulated blood.
8. Connect the tube to the module and insert it into the leg.
Feed the drain tube out of the back of the leg to ensure
that there are no kinks.
9. Secure with tape.
10. Roll up leg skin.

Caution
