3.3 UNPACKING AND DELIVERY CHECKS
When the case with the machine has been received, unpack it as follows:
The machine may be sent in various modules. In this case remove their packaging.
- Remove the upper cover and the wooden case side walls, take care not to damage the
machine,
- Remove possible accessories boxes,
- Remove the protecting cellophane,
- Make sure that the machine has not been damaged during transport,
- Make sure that all covers and panels have been correctly fixed and that no loosen part is
present,
- Visually inspect that all electrical components are integral.
- The manufacturer will not be held responsible for damages caused transport.
- Place the rolled conveyor (in the case of a machine dismantled into various modules) in
a comfortable position for subsequent assembly on the machine.
- Position the various modules according to the final positioning of the machine and in
compliance with the installation drawing attached to the documentation provided in the
instructions manual.
- Warning! The size of the floor must be measured by taking into consideration the total
weight of the machine and it must be correctly levelled in order to provide an adequate
supporting surface.
- Warning! During positioning, do not drag the machine in order to avoid damages to the
structure itself.
3.4 SUGGESTIONS FOR DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING MATERIALS
All of the packaging elements can be recycled.
Send to an authorised dump according to the norms of the country of installation.
- The packaging elements (plastic bags, wooden strips, polystyrene, nails etc) should not
be left in the reach of children.
