5 – DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
5.1 General description
The rack conveyor dishwashers of the MATIC-M-MA range are suitable for washing of all
kinds of dishes and are built according to modern technology principles.
Structure frame, body work, panels and the majority of the components are made from
stainless steel.
The machines are built in a modular manner according to the washing requirements of the
customer.
In general they consist of a pre-washing area (PRL), one or more washing areas (LAV)
and an area of single or double rinsing (RIS) according to the type of model.
Furthermore, these machines can be fitted with a whole range of vapour condensation
suction devices (CVM) or heat pumps (CVCP) for energy saving and recovery.
A drying module (ASM-MVM) can be added to simplify final drying of the dishes.
They can be fitted with incoming and outgoing manual pre-washing tables and a shower
head and with outgoing roller or plain tables.
A safety device, fitted to the outgoing tables, stops the baskets from moving if there are no
operators at the exit point.
The operator must manually introduce the basket with the dirty dishes onto the conveyor
line of the machine that automatically moves the baskets inside the washing tunnel.
The basket will leave the tunnel automatically. The clean dishes will be unloaded from the
baskets and put ready for use.
