4 – ASSEMBLY OF THE MACHINE
Warning! During the module alignment operation, be very careful of the danger of squashing of the
limbs!
The assembly and storage area of the machine should be protected against frost. Assembly
of the plant in environmental and temperature conditions below 0°C may result in damages to
elements that transfer water (pumps, solenoid valves etc.)
In the working area and location of the plant, allow for a non-slip floor and sized according to
hold the weight.
Remember that the floor load for each foot is approximately 200 kg.
Remove the front and rear cover panels by removing the fixing screws. After having laid out
the various modules in the positions indicated in the installation and connection drawing, start
the various assemblies.
4.1 Connection of pre-washing, washing and re-rinsing and drying modules
a) Move the pre-washing module close to the washing section;
