If so, repair the outlet or try a working one. * The control valve power adapter may not be properly plugged into the outlet, or the power cord end isn't connected to the PC board. Ensure the power adapter is plugged in and the cord is connected. * There could be an improper power supply. Verify that the correct voltage is reaching the PC board. * The power adapter itself might be defective, in which case it should be replaced. * Lastly, the PC board could be defective and may need replacement.

      If your Lancaster Water Dispenser's control valve regenerates at an incorrect time, it could be due to these reasons: * A power outage may have occurred. Reset the time of day. If the PC board has a battery backup, the battery might be depleted. See Front Cover and Drive Assembly drawing for instructions. * The time of day may not be set correctly. Reset it to the correct time. * The regeneration time may be set incorrectly. Reset the regeneration time. * The control valve might be set to “on 0” (immediate regeneration). Check the programming setting and reset to NORMAL for a delayed regeneration time. * The control valve could be set at “NORMAL + on 0” (delayed and/or immediate). Check the programming setting and reset to NORMAL for a delayed regeneration time.
