In this case you should disassemble, reseal, and reassemble. * A relief valve that is stuck, partially plugged, improperly adjusted, or has a worn valve seat. Try cleaning and adjusting the relief valve, and inspect the valve seats for wear or dirt. * A clogged or improperly sized inlet suction strainer.
