Enables serial devices to connect to Ethernet networks quickly and cost-effectively.
Unit needs a unique IP address within a valid range and same subnet as PC.
Connect serial devices to the MSS serial ports.
Connect your network via Ethernet port or PC card slot.
Navigate to Action > Assign IP Address in EZWebCon.
Enter IP address, subnet mask, and select 'None' for Gateway.
Click Action > Manage to open the Server Configuration window in a web browser.
Click the 'Configure' link for the desired port to modify its settings.
Configure settings and click 'Update Port Settings'; power cycle to implement.
