What to do if there is an IP address conflict on Lantronix Server?

If you suspect an IP address conflict or are unable to Telnet to port 9999 on your Lantronix Server, follow these steps: 1. Power off the device server. 2. Open a DOS prompt on your computer and execute these commands: * `ARP -D X.X.X.X` (replace `X.X.X.X` with the device server's IP address). * `PING X.X.X.X` (replace `X.X.X.X` with the device server's IP address). 3. If you receive a response to the PING command, it indicates a duplicate IP address on the network. If there's no response, use the serial port to check if Telnet is disabled in the device server's security settings.
