How to fix 'No response from device' error in Lantronix DeviceInstaller?

If, when using DeviceInstaller, you receive the "No response from device! Verify the IP, Hardware Address and Network Class. Please try again." error when attempting to assign an IP, it's likely due to one of these reasons: * The hardware address specified is incorrect. * The IP address you're trying to assign isn't valid for your logical subnet. * You didn't choose the correct subnet mask. Double-check the parameters you've entered. Remember, you can't assign an IP address to a device server through a router.
