For internal bath applications, hang the reference thermometer in the
bath. Observe the corresponding information on the calibration certifi-
cate.
For external applications, install the reference thermometer in the inlet
of the constant temperature equipment. Observe the corresponding
information on the calibration certificate.
Wait until the system is in a steady state before measuring the tem-
perature.
The dierence between the lower and upper temperature value must be
at least 40 K.
1. Set a lower T
set
set point on the constant temperature equipment and
wait until the heat transfer liquid has approached this temperature.
2. Open the Home window.

Tap the Settings Calibration Internal Pt1000 / External Pt100
2-point lower tile.
The Input window opens.
4. Enter the value of the temperature read from the reference ther-
mometer and confirm the entry with [OK].
The lower value has been accepted.
5. On the constant temperature equipment, increase the T
set
set point
by at least 40 K. Wait until the heat transfer liquid has approached the
new temperature.
6. Touch the [2-point upper] button in the Calibration menu.
7. Enter the value of the temperature read from the reference ther-
mometer and confirm the entry with [OK].
The upper value has been accepted. 2-point calibration has been
completed.
Use this menu item to restore the calibration configured in the factory.

Touch the tile Settings Calibration Internal Pt1000 or External
Pt100 Factory Calibration.
This deletes the customer's calibration and restores the calibration
as it was configured in the factory.
7.7 Exporting / importing data
You can export or import data sets and programs via the USB interface of
the Command Touch operating unit. For example, you can distribute a tried
and tested configuration to other devices via a USB storage medium, or
secure your data on an external system.
1. Open the Home window.

Select the Settings Data export tiles.
The Export data
menu appears.
The export function creates the CommandFiles root directory on the USB
storage medium and saves all export data to it. Any data sets with the same
name that already exist in this directory will be overwritten during the export.
