For service purposes, you may need the version number of an installed
software component.
1. Tap the Software version tile.
You will see the version numbers of the software components
installed on the constant temperature equipment and the con-
nected accessories. This includes, for example, the control
system, the protection system, the cooling system and also the
software installed on the operating unit.
For service purposes, you may require the serial numbers of the installations
installed on the constant temperature equipment.
1. Select the [Serial no.] entry in the Device status menu.
You will see, for example, the serial numbers of the control
system, cooling system, operating unit and other systems, if
applicable.
