Why is my LAVAZZA KLIX Element HC Vending machines not accepting coins?

  The LAVAZZA Vending machines may not be accepting coins because of a few reasons. First, try cleaning the coin mechanism, following the instructions on the Cleaning instruction label inside the machine door. Also, check for any obstructions around the cash box or ensure that the cash box is not full. Finally, verify that the machine is not set in Free mode by checking the Free/Pay mode switch and ensuring it is on Pay.

  If the product label light on your LAVAZZA Vending machines is not illuminated, first check that the relevant stack is not empty of cups. If the stack of cups is full, ensure that the cups are not damaged; remove any damaged cups and replace them in the stack. Also, the machine may be in ‘Power Save Mode’; press any product label to reactivate the machine.

  If your LAVAZZA Vending machines displays 'Please take your drink' or 'Please remove cup', remove the cup or any other obstruction from the delivery drum.
