Never operate the trimmer while people, especially
children, or pets are nearby.
Do not use the trimmer if any part is damaged or defective.
Do not use the trimmer if the switch does not turn it on and
off.
Do not operate machine in explosive atmospheres, such as
tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common
sense when operating a trimmer. Do not use a grass
alcohol, or medication. A moment of inattention while
operating the appliance may result in serious personal
injury.
Use protective safety equipment where appropriate. Always
wear eye and hearing protection. The use of non-slip safety
shoes will reduce personal injuries.
Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-
on the switch invites accidents.
Ensure you always have proper footing and balance. This
will provide better control of the machine in unexpected
situations.
Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. They can be caught
in moving parts. Use of safety gloves and substantial
footwear is recommended when working outdoors.
