TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The trimmer does not
start.
The power cord is not connected
to power supply.
Connect to power supply.
Power cord or plug is defective.

reach full power.
Extension cord not suitable for

Use a proper extension cord.

The line spool is dirty. Clean the line spool.
The line spool is defective.
Replace the line spool. Refer to the
Spool Replacement section in this
manual.
Motor defective. Contact the After Sales Helpline.
Unsatisfactory result.
The trimming lines are worn or
damaged.
Replace the trimming lines. Refer to
manual.
Replacement section in this manual.
The trimming lines are not guided
out of the spool.
Remove the line spool and thread the
trimming lines to the outside through
the eyelets. Check the line ends are
not held in parking slots on spool.
Replace the spool if necessary.
The trimmer head is dirty. Clean the trimmer head.
Only perform the steps described within these instructions! All further inspection, maintenance and
Gloves and appropriate protective clothing must be worn when performing these instructions.
Always turn off the machine and disconnect the plug and wait until the product stops before
making any adjustment.
