CAUTION! Maintenance operations should be carried out after stopping the machine and disconnecting all electric circuits.
Quickly wash after work by circulating a few dozen litres of water in the ripener.
All the machine parts can be easily taken down and cleaned.
The cylinder should be screwed out and then back in and hand-tightened; do not use tools that might damage it.
