This document is an owner's manual for a Legend boat package, offering comprehensive guidance on its operation, maintenance, and features. It is designed to assist new owners in understanding their boat, trailer, and outboard motor, ensuring a safe and enjoyable boating experience.
The manual begins by welcoming the owner to the Legend family and strongly recommends reading the entire manual, along with any additional manuals for specific components of the boat package. It also advises new boaters to enroll in a boater safety course. A crucial "Note" clarifies that the manual is a general guide and not model-specific, meaning some information may not apply to all boat packages. Owners are encouraged to contact their dealer for any unanswered questions. The "Identification" section provides fields for recording boat package information, including owner details, date purchased, dealer information, boat model, serial numbers for the boat, motor, trailer, and trolling motor.
The "Table of Contents" outlines the manual's structure, covering various aspects of the boat package.
