  If your LEGRAND UPS is running on battery even when mains power is available, there could be two reasons. First, the UPS fuse might have blown; replace it with a new one (T5AL250V). Second, the mains power supply socket might not be providing power; try plugging the UPS into another socket. If it works, have the initial socket checked by a qualified electrician.
