Overview

The LEKATO WS-70 Mini Digital Wireless System is designed for use with 6.35mm audio devices, offering a stable and anti-interference wireless connection. This system consists of a transmitter and a receiver, both equipped with built-in lithium batteries.

Function Description

The WS-70 system facilitates wireless audio transmission, allowing users to connect their 6.35mm audio devices without the need for cables. It is particularly useful for instruments like guitars, connecting the transmitter to the instrument and the receiver to a sound system. The system supports up to 70 sets operating simultaneously without interference, making it suitable for multi-instrument setups or stages with multiple wireless systems. A single transmitter can also be paired with multiple receivers (e.g., one transmitter to four receivers) for one-to-many applications.

Important Technical Specifications

  • Channel: 70 channels
  • System Frequency Response: 20~20KHz
  • Distortion: <0.05%
  • Reception Sensitivity: < -110dbm @20dbsinad
  • Signal-to-Noise Ratio: >85dB
  • Transmission Distance: 25~40m
  • Latency: < 3 ms
  • Full Working Hours: >4.5 hours (circumstantial)
  • Battery Type: Polymer lithium battery
  • Charging: Requires a 5V 2A adapter (not included) with the provided dual-ended USB cable.

Usage Features

Power On/Off: To power on, long-press the button for 2 seconds when the transmitter and receiver are off. The LED indicator light will turn green, indicating successful power-on. To power off, long-press the button for 2 seconds when the devices are on. The LED indicator light will turn off.

Battery Capacity Check: When the device is off or on, double-click the front button. Four green lights on the side will display the current power level for 3 seconds.

  • First light flashing: Power is below 20%, requiring charging.
  • One green light on: 20%-40% battery.
  • Two green lights on: 41%-60% battery.
  • Three green lights on: 61%-80% battery.
  • Four green lights on: 81%-100% battery.

Device Charging: The device uses a polymer lithium battery. It should be charged before first use and at least once every three months if not used for a long time. The provided dual-ended USB cable allows simultaneous charging of both the receiver and transmitter. During charging, the battery capacity is indicated by flickering lights:

  • First light flickering: 1%-25% charged.
  • Second light flickering: 26%-50% charged.
  • Third light flickering: 51%-75% charged.
  • Fourth light flickering: 75%-100% charged.

Pairing and Connection: The product is pre-set by default and should work directly out of the box. If not, a reset code pairing may be necessary.

  • Normal Operation: Connect the transmitter to the guitar and the receiver to the sound system. Long-press the start button on both devices. The green lights on both the transmitter and receiver should remain on, indicating normal working condition.
  • Paring Failure: If the transmitter's green light stays on but the receiver's red light flashes, pairing has failed. Restart both devices.
  • No Sound After Paring: If neither device shows a green light and there's no sound, try re-pairing the products.
  • Reset Code Paring: If the product doesn't work directly, try resetting the code. For pairing with multiple receivers or if the devices are not the original equipment, long-press the code button until the red light flashes. When both the transmitting and receiving ends show a green light, the code pairing is successful.

Frequency Hopping: If signal interference occurs, causing the device to malfunction, frequency hopping can be performed. This feature helps to find a clear channel for operation.

One-to-Many Functionality (Device Debugging): A single WS-70 transmitter can be used with multiple WS-70 receivers (e.g., four receivers for a stage setup). To debug for one-to-many use:

  1. Turn off all similar wireless systems.
  2. Use a thin iron wire to long-press the code button on each of the four receivers until their red lights flash, then release.
  3. Use a thin iron wire to long-press the code button on the transmitter until its red light flashes, then release.
  4. This process should take approximately 20 seconds.
  5. Once completed, the green lights on the transmitter and all receivers should be continuously on, indicating that all four receivers are receiving signals from the single transmitter.

Maintenance Features

  • Disassembly: Do not disassemble the equipment without permission. There are no user-serviceable parts. Any repairs should be handled by qualified maintenance personnel.
  • Environmental Conditions: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose the equipment to rain or wet conditions. The equipment is not waterproof; avoid placing it in water or other liquids.
  • Charging Cable: If not using the product for a long time, unplug the charging cable. Ensure the power cord is not trampled and the connection at the plug is not too tight.
  • Heat Exposure: Do not place the device into fire or near heat sources.
  • Long-Term Storage: If the product is not used for a long time, charge it at least once every three months to maintain battery health.
