TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: In most cases, whether the DVD player can work properly depends on the disc it plays,
some functions listed in the instruction manual may not work properly due to disc
problems
,
therefore, it is strongly
recommended
to read through this instruction manual first before u
sing this
DVD player. For your convenience, we have listed some
methods
to solve this
problems
you may
encounter when using the DVD player. If the failure occurs repeatedly, please contact the nearest
maintenance
center to your
house

Canno
t operate the
player with the
remote control
Check the batteries in the remote controller to see if it is
needed to replace the batteries.
Use the remote controller within 6 meters from the DVD
player, and direct the remote controller to the front panel
of
the DVD player.
Cannot play discs
Be sure that the
disc
is placed on the tray with the label
facing up.
Play discs compatible with the DVD player.
The player is under protective status against strong outer
intervention.
Please switch off the
player
for
a
wile
and switch on again.
Grade limitation is preset. please relieve the limitation
first
.
No disc menu is displayed
Check if there is menu recorded in this disc
Play mode is
different
from what has been
chosen in the SETUP MENU
If the disc has no corresponding function codes, some
function selected in the SETUP MENU may not work
properly
Picture
distortion
or no
colour displayer
The TV system or
video
output of this player is not the
same sd the TV set, please reset the TV system.
No picture is pr
oduced
or picture is produced
asynchronously
The setup of the
video
output does not match the way of
connection of this unit with the TV set, please do the setup
correctly
.
The picture distorts or
is out of control
When playing discs that are seriously scratched or has
interior defects, of when the unit is affected by strong outer
electromagnetic field, this problem will occur and the
normal

peration
of this unit will be affected.
Please turn off the power for a while and turn in on
again
.
Use
quali
ty
the quality disc and it can resume work
normally.
Usually detected disc may
shorten
the service life of this
unit.
No sound is produced
Cancel mute mode or turn up the volume.
